Shipping & Returns

International. Every order ships via DHL with a tracking number.

Each order is packed by hand in a rigid, crease-proof mailer so the prints arrive flat and undamaged.

Prints are signed, numbered and packed to order, then handed to DHL. You get a tracking link by email as soon as yours leaves the studio.

Once dispatched, DHL typically delivers within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your country and customs.

The price covers international shipping. Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are the buyer's responsibility.

If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to contact@tonydecay.com within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement. Lost parcels are traced with DHL and made right.

Every product is numbered and part of a fixed, limited edition, so all sales are final - no refunds or change-of-mind returns. Damaged or lost parcels are replaced (covered above).
